1. Our Commitment

551 Growth Lab is committed to making www.551growthlab.com usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they browse with. We treat accessibility as part of how the site is built rather than something bolted on afterwards, and we are actively working through improvements as the site evolves.

2. Where We Are

We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This is an ongoing effort: parts of the site already meet that standard, and other areas are still being reviewed and optimized. Work currently underway includes:

• Reviewing color contrast across text, buttons, and interactive states.
• Making sure every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone.
• Improving descriptive alternative text for images and meaningful labels on forms.
• Testing pages with screen readers and refining heading structure and landmarks.
• Honouring reduced-motion preferences so animations do not get in the way.

3. Known Limitations

Because we are mid-way through this work, you may still encounter areas that fall short — particularly in animated sections, embedded third-party content, and media we do not host ourselves. We do not control how every third-party tool behaves, but we will always do what we can to provide the information in an accessible form on request.

4. Tell Us What Needs Fixing

Feedback from the people using the site is the fastest way for us to find and fix real problems. If any page, feature, or document is difficult to use, please reach out and tell us what you ran into — the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using all help us reproduce it quickly.
